Spa Etiquette

We are passionate about offering you the best services and experience with us and so we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete paperwork and prepare for your treatment. Appointment times are reserved for 30minutes after which they have to be rescheduled. Those who come to the spa without an appointment will be treated as walk-ins. Walk-ins and late arrivals will be provided services on a first-come, first-served basis after clients with booked appointments have been seen too. We encourage you to enjoy the full benefit of your treatment as no refund for early departure or unused packages will be given. Clients who book an appointment will be regarded as having read spa policies and as being in agreement with them. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. As courtesy to other guests, we ask that you maintain a level of quiet conversation at all times. All pagers and cellular phones should be placed in quiet mode. We are unable to render services to those guests accompanied by small children. Prices are subject to change and are exclusive of tips. Although we maintain the highest security on your personal items, Oasis MedSpa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Appointment Cancellations: Oasis MedSpa requests at least 24 hours notice on cancelled appointments whenever possible. There is a $20:00 or its Naira equivalent as No Show fee. Refresher facial visits CANNOT be rescheduled. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Gift Certificate Policy: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at Oasis MedSpa at the time the service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are non-refundable or replaceable. Gift certificates are valid 3 months from the date of purchase.
